Hi Friends!

After getting a big relief from all,I came with New energy.Thank u all my lovely friends for being always with me.Valentine's day coming so recipes regarding that am going to post from today onwards.Be ready for the yummilicious treat.....
Today came with the yummy dessert which can be easily done within minutes.Bread is a comfort food all over the world. The recipe is easy to make within 15 minutes. When guest arrived, this can be done within minutes and chill for at-least 1 hour and serve.I added paneer as extra ingredient to the payasam.

Having no idea because weekend na.So feeling very lazy and lot of work to do for "Poosam".So made a simple payasam with wonderful flavor from cardamom and my favorite paneer. Here comes the simple payasam.

Lets start cooking....

Preparation time:10 minutes
Cooking time:10 minutes
Serves:2

Ingredients needed:
  1. Bread slices - 6 nos
  2. Sugar - 6 tbsp
  3. Milk - 200 ml
  4. Paneer (crumbled) - tbsp
  5. Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
  6. Cardamom powder - 2 pinch
  7. Almonds,Pistachios - as required

Method:
  • Cut down the corners of bread and sprinkle few drops of milk over it and smash them using your hands.Make balls and set in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Heat milk in a heavy bottomed sauce pan and boil it until half of its amount.
  • Add cardamom powder and sugar and stir well.
  • Add condensed milk and cook for 1 minute. After boiling, add paneer.

  • Transfer  it to serving bowl.
  • Add bread balls while serving.Serve chilled.

Tips:
  • Garnish with nuts.Kids special.Well suited for evening parties.
  • Also use brown bread instead of the plain bread.
  • Another version melt some chocolate and add it to the milk  will gives more flavor and a different combo.
  • Use almond essence instead of almonds.
