Hi Friends!
Another sweet version here.Starting from the beginning i am posting desserts only. The recipe am going to share is also a sweet version in fritters.Actually that time i thought of making mousse with banana but the sudden idea came to make these fritters.
The fritters are commonly made in occasions in home. But i made this like appam. It tastes like appam and want to make dip.Searching for so many things and finally made the sauce there i used in previous pomegranate parfait.I used same method for this but adding extra sugar and avoid lime juice.I thoroughly enjoyed this one.The batter simply need all purpose flour, cardamom powder and little pinch sugar. The fritters are made with riped banana.
Lets start cooking....
Preparation time:10 minutes
Cooking time:10 minutes
Serves:3
Ingredients Needed:
Method:
Tips:
Serve as it is or with any other sweet syrup.
Honey makes good combo with the fritters.
The banana should be riped and firm.Unless it does not stick to the batter.
